We thank you for carefully reading the Charter to clearly understand our practices regarding the processing of your data and inform you that the consultation and/or use of our Site necessarily entails the acceptance of this charter. If the latter does not obtain your membership, we invite you not to use our Site. It is your responsibility to ensure that the data provided to Silhouette by S is complete, accurate and up-to-date.

What data does Silhouette by S collect ?

Depending on the nature and purpose of your interaction with Silhouette by S (creation of a user account, subscription to the Newsletter, information of contact forms, as well as possible telephone exchanges) we may collect the following data:

      • your email address will be required if you wish to create a user account, contact us via contact forms and / or receive our Newsletter
      • your identity information such as your name, first name, email address, postal address and telephone number may be requested
      • browsing data : this is data about how you use the Sites including : IP address, browser used, browsing time, search history, operating system used, language and pages viewed
      • data about your visits to our Sites, including traffic data, log files and other data or communication resources that you use when accessing our Sites
      • order data: your postal address is required for the preparation of invoices. Similarly, your bank details will need to be filled in to proceed with the payment of your order
      • data related to the use of social networks when using their features.

How is your data collected ?

Data can be collected in different ways on Sites. The data may be collected directly when you transfer it to us through the contact and user account creation, Newsletter registration forms available on the Site and / or communicated when you contact us by email. If you are a simple user, we collect your data for:

    • Paypal

    • the accounting department
    • tax services

    each of its actors who have signed a confidentiality agreement regarding the use and processing of personal data.

    For payment management and to facilitate the user experience, Silhouette by S offers the following payment methods to make purchases on the site:

    • online payment by Credit Card (Blue Card, Visa Card, Eurocard / Mastercard) managed by CMCIC
    • payment with Paypal solution

    Silhouette by S has no access to your bank card ID and numbers. All transactions are carried out on the websites of our financial partners and secured using SSL encryption, guaranteeing both the identity of the payment organization and the confidentiality of the data.

    All of the above-mentioned subcontractors, service providers, partners or other third parties are bound by contractual obligations to respect the confidentiality and protection of data and to process them only for the purposes for which we transmit them.

    Your data may be transmitted to any purchaser or other successor in the event of a merger, assignment, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution or other sale or transfer of some or all of Silhouette by S assets due to uncertainty or bankruptcy, liquidation or other processes in which the data of users of the various Silhouette by S sites are among the assets sold.

    Finally, we may also disclose your data:

    • to comply with any legal mandate, law or legal process, including governmental and regulatory requests

    How long is your data kept ?

    Silhouette by S only retains your data for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in Article 3. This retention period is not the same depending on the data in question, the nature and purpose of the collection being likely to vary this duration. Similarly, some legal obligations require a specific shelf life.

    When you sign up for the Newsletter, we will retain your email address until you unsubscribe.

    When you contact Silhouette by S through the contact form or contact us by email, your data will be retained for up to five (5) years from the last contact.

    For your user account, your billing information is retained for ten (10) years from the date of purchase.

    The rest of your data will be retained for five (5) years from your request to deactivate your user account.

    Your payment details, for any purchase, will be kept for thirteen (13) months from the debit date, in the event of any dispute with the transaction.

    When you request it, your Site user account will be disabled and then completely deleted at the end of the above-mentioned durations from the day you made the request. Finally, for the data collected using cookies or tracers, it will be kept for up to six (6) months for cookies or tracers measuring audience and up to thirteen (13) months for the others. Beyond the aforementioned retention periods, your data will be anonymized to be kept for statistical purposes only.

    How is your data protected ?

    Your data is kept on a secure server protected by a firewall and antivirus. We have put in place technical and organizational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of your data against accidental loss and unauthorized access, use, modification and disclosure. Given the particularities inherent in the Internet, however, it is impossible for us to guarantee the optimal security of the exchange of information on this network.     In accordance with article 12.6 GDPR, for the exercise of these rights, Silhouette by S, as the controller of this processing, reserves the right to ask you to justify your identity. We inform you that the data to justify your identity will be deleted once we have responded to your request.
